Senior Years

At Goolwa Secondary College we are in an advantageous position as we can grow with our students.

When our first group of SACE students begin their SACE journey, we will have co-developed learner profiles for all our students which will shape their SACE pathways and destinations post school.

University and Higher Education pathways will be nurtured throughout middle school and into senior school, better preparing our students for the rigor of Tertiary Education. Flexible Industry Pathways will play a significant role within our senior school. Flexible Industry Pathways are designed to suit and meet student interests and needs across multiple industries. Students can undertake Certificate II and III level qualifications throughout Stage 1 (Year 11) and Stage 2 (Year 12). School Based Apprenticeships are also accessible throughout select Industry Pathways.

Our senior students will be encouraged to independently drive their learning and growth through the co designing of individualised pathways. Our senior school students will graduate Goolwa Secondary College with a genuine understanding of themselves as lifelong learners and will be ready to contribute to their communities.
