The College’s unique position as a brand-new school has provided the opportunity for careful recruitment and selection of all staff – be that leadership members, educators (both teachers and classroom support staff), administration and other support staff.

As a result, the College has an amazingly diverse, highly skilled, and experienced leadership team, fundamentally aligned by their passion and commitment to the vision and pillars of the College, and to achieving positive outcomes for all our learners.

We know the young people of Goolwa and surrounds have, and will continue to, benefit from the passion and expertise of the leadership team, and more broadly the staff group, as together we reimagine what secondary education can look like, realise new possibilities, and ensure our students are ready to positively shape their futures.
