Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Care

The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is a foundational qualification for individuals seeking to work in the early childhood sector. This course equips students with essential skills and knowledge to support the development and wellbeing of children in various early learning environments. Participants learn about child development, health and safety, play-based learning, and effective communication with children and families. Upon completion, graduates are prepared for roles such as early childhood educator, family day care worker, or nanny, contributing to the nurturing and education of young children. Students will participate in 160 hours of work-placement which students will organise through a local kindergarten.
